"help mom, please hurry!!!!"

the email read something like,

"i'm in cambodia, don't ask me how i got here

but

i need $3,000 wired to me as soon as you can.

it's very serious and i may die."

she believed every word of it until she called my brother

who answered his phone in his flat in london.

she is still very shaken.
